Alliance Nigeria Ltd.
PSA Nigeria (Protective & Security Alliance Nigeria Limited) is a fully owned and registered Nigerian company, integrated as a full member of the PSA International Company Group, with registered headquarters in the United Kingdom. We are a private, independent executive security service organization providing the highest level of professional protective service for private, corporate, and government bodies worldwide.
Nigeria, with a population of over 180 million, has a police workforce of less than 500,000 — roughly one officer for every 300 people — alongside serious security challenges including terrorism in the North and kidnapping and vandalism in the South. PSA Nigeria was established to fill this service gap, bringing PSA International's standards of protective service, training and defence technology to the Nigerian and wider African market.
PSA International is a member of the Security & Defence Technology Centre, and was founded by Norbert Csikany of Hungarian descent. Our mission is to increase PSA's reputation, position and presence in the Nigerian and African security market through world-class service delivery and internationally recognized training programs.

Osariemen Frank Ekiudoko
Regional Representative of PSA Alliance/Academy in Nigeria
Frank is pioneering PSA's establishment in Nigeria, bringing years of hands-on experience as a staff member of PSA International in Hungary. He is a highly qualified security expert with proven skills in Training, Intelligence/Surveillance, Close Protection/PSD/PMC, VIP Protection & Celebrity Escort, Victim & Witness Protection, Security Driving, and Close Combat & Self Defense. He is an International Bodyguard and Security Service (IBSS) certified personnel, appointed by the Board of Directors as Regional Representative of PSA Academy in Nigeria on 1st September 2015 in London.
He speaks seven languages including Russian, Serbian, Hungarian, English, German and Ishan, and has completed courses across Europe and Africa including Kravsys Self Defense, Conflict Management, Protective and Security Specialist in VIP Protection, Weapons Familiarization and Firearm Safety, and OSCE ODIHIR trainings on hate crimes. Aside from his security career, Frank is an entrepreneur running a string of corporate outfits in Hungary employing close to a hundred staff.

Mr. Alex
A graduate of Law from Ambrose Alli University, called to the Nigeria Bar in 2007, with a Master's degree in Law from Southampton Solent University, United Kingdom. He worked with HIACE Solicitors LLP in Croydon, UK, before joining Taleveras in 2011 in London, gaining experience across their London, Nigeria and Dubai offices. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK and the Association of Professional Negotiators and Mediators Nigeria.
Strong exposure in Corporate and Commercial law, providing legal advisory services across the Oil & Gas sector (Upstream & Downstream), Exploration & Production and Production Sharing contracts, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Foreign Direct Investment — including contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, due diligence and legal opinions.

Maj. Norbert Csikány, PhD
A highly qualified expert in intelligence, security and anti-terrorism, Norbert has studied intelligence, safety/security and anti/counter-terrorism at a high level in Russia, Hungary, the Netherlands, the UK, the US, South America and Israel. He has more than 14 years' experience in VIP protection/EP/PSD, intelligence and anti-terrorism, and more than 30 years' experience in martial arts, close combat and self-defense, including work in Iraq, Afghanistan and Africa.
Developer of the internationally recognized TCCS training methodology. Certified law enforcement expert and chief instructor for trainers of law enforcement and military, teaching at Hungarian Police Vocational Schools and guest-lecturing at national and international academies.

Moses Animikhenah
A distinguished and retired SSS (now DSS) officer whose last posting before honourable voluntary retirement was Senior Personal Assistant (Security) to former President Chief Olusegun Obasanjo GCFR, from 1999 to 2007. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Maiduguri and served as Principal Security Officer at DSS Headquarters, Kaduna State, leading a 30-man team responsible for the total protection of Mr. President.
Courses: Officers Basic Course & Protective Officers Course (State Services Academy, Lagos), Body Guard Tactics Course and refresher trainings (Institute of Security Services, Abuja).

Bassey James
A retired DSS officer who rose to the position of Assistant Director after enlisting in 1982, heading Operations as Principal Staff Officer in Kaduna State, Ogun State, and National Headquarters, Abuja. He holds an HND in Mass Communications and a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration.
Courses: Low Intensity Conflict (Armed Forces Command & Staff College, Jaji), Crime Scene Investigation (London), Public Sector Accounting (University of Manchester), and Money Laundering & Cocaine Route (Police Headquarters, Madrid, Spain).

PSA Academy has received international recognition and qualifications from the International Bodyguard and Security Services Association (IBSSA) as an accredited institution for security and anti-terrorism science. We operate as an official training center of IBSSA in the field of security education, with special regard to bodyguarding.
IBSSA is the leading international federation for the private security profession, represented in over 100 countries and representing hundreds of thousands of security companies and experts worldwide. After every training course, participants receive an internationally recognized diploma and identity card, with their name included on the IBSSA list of recognized bodyguards.

TCCS Training Method
World-Class Training Programs
All modules of PSA's training programs are intensive residential educational systems conducted over 2-3 week periods, containing live firearms practice and real-world scenarios under extreme stress. Training seminars range from 10 days to 3 months with basic and advanced courses.
